TO REQUEST A DATABASE FOR YOUR DISTRICT, YOU MUST:

- Be a member of your District Youth Exchange Committee.
- Be willing to take on the responsibility as the database administrator for your district.
- Fill out the following form.

  • Verify your email before you send - correspondence containing the disposition of your plea will be sent to this email

  • Your district number and geographic location

  • Requesting a database allows access to sensitve information. Your identity will be evaluated before access is allowed. Please provide as much information as possible about yourself and your district so we can verifiy your plea for a database and you can be easily validated.
